Meet James Lee "Frank" Wheeler. The 54-year-old is a most interesting addition to the wave of CEOs and business leaders in trouble with the federal government. Wheeler, the international president of the Outlaws motorcycle gang, was taken into custody Wednesday (9/25) in Indianapolis, when authorities arrested dozens of wanted gang members in pre-dawn raids of clubhouses in the U.S. and Canada. President Wheeler will be transferred to Florida, where he will face murder, racketeering, extortion, and drug trafficking charges. The Outlaws are the second largest biker organization in Canada, behind only the Hells Angels. (1 page)
